Housed in the Hamline University School of Education, ATLAS (ABE Teaching & Learning Advancement System) is funded by a grant from the Minnesota Department of Education to provide high-quality, accessible professional development and resources to advance education for adult learners. The work of ATLAS is evidence-based, practitioner-focused, responsive to the needs of the field, and designed to cultivate professionalism in ABE. See their Transitions Integration Framework, which defines the academic, career, and employability skills essential for adult learners to successfully transition to postsecondary education, career training, and the workplace.
