Reliable, quality data reporting is critical to presenting a clear picture of the services delivered by the programs funded through Title II, Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA), of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). These services provide critical foundation skills instruction to adults across the Commonwealth that contributes to their personal, educational, and career advancement. Accurately documenting the outcomes associated with adult education services provides a reliable means for tracking the impact of the federal and state investments and the progress toward meeting the ambitious goals of the WIOA State Plan for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
