Where: The Arboretum at 300 Arboretum Place, Richmond, VA 23236 (Parking is no-cost in the garage next to the building. Do not park in spots marked as reserved.)

Lodging: There is no hotel block; make your reservations at the state rate at a hotel of your choice. Below are nearby options that offer the state rate.

Lunch and snacks. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and coffee/tea will be available both days. 

We will work with our vendors to accommodate a range of dietary restrictions. There is also a cafe in the building and plenty of nearby restaurants if you have additional needs.

Each team should bring: An extension cord for your team. We will have some extras but could use some additional ones to keep everyone plugged in.

Each participant should bring: Your wifi-enabled laptop and mouse (tablets are not recommended, but can be used with an external keyboard); the laptop should have the Chrome, Edge, or Firefox browser installed.
