College and Career Readiness Standards (CCRS) for Mathematical Practice
There are eight Standards for Mathematical Practice that apply across all levels of the CCRS math standards and describe habits of mind that numeracy educators should seek to develop in their learners. The math practices address skills such as complex problem solving, abstract and quantitative reasoning, and precise communication.
