GEDTS: GED Math Test-Taking Strategies & Calculator Skills, Part 1

March 25 @ 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Presented by Kellie Blair Hardt, this month’s Tuesdays for Teachers will focus on helping learners bridge the gap between struggle and success on the GED Math exam. This interactive, hands-on session will equip you with proven test-taking strategies to support learners in overcoming common skills gaps—particularly in working with polynomials, formulas, and problem-solving techniques that often present challenges. You’ll learn what to teach and how to teach it to enhance student comprehension, reduce errors, and improve test efficiency—including how to maximize the TI-30XS Multiview calculator to its full potential.

Please bring paper, pencils, and a TI-30XS Multiview calculator for this interactive session. Don’t miss out on engaging, effective, and fun strategies you can apply immediately in the classroom!
