PIAAC Numeracy Skills and home Use Among Adult English Learners
Dr. Margaret Patterson’s new article published in the Adult Literacy Education: The International Journal of Literacy, Language, and Numeracy. Based on the PIAAC Numeracy Framework, the article explores how various skill levels of ELLs use numeracy skills both in the home and electronically while describing characteristics and backgrounds of each group.
