This webinar will focus on the tools and strategies necessary to build a program where both staff and students learn and grow together. The three focus areas include building relationships, building learning models, and building partnerships. For each of these areas, we will provide practical ways to make programs meaningful for both staff and students. Learning tools and templates will be provided.

Participants will gain:

• practical ways to establish and maintain relationships that result in retention of staff and students,
• tools to provide quality instruction through effective learning models, and
• ideas to build partnerships that empower students and staff to have a voice in the community.
