I Am Poem

Yesterday I was a diary.
Tomorrow I will become a paper airplane.
But today I carry around a pencil.
I am impatient and persistent.

I see the same views as the newest telescope.
I hear silence.
I am disobedient.
I am impatient and persistent.

I understand people don’t know much about the universe.
I say, they always will stay curious.
I wonder how much I will know in ten years.
I am impatient and persistent.
