The goals of the webinar are to provide a framework for cultural competence that can impact the adult education classroom\, discuss strategies for developing and self-assessing cultural competence\, and present strategies for incorporating cultural competence into adult education classrooms and instruction. \nAt VALRC we acknowledge that this work is continuous and on-going.
