Description:
This workshop will identify problem behaviors frequently exhibited by students. Typical disruptive and distracting behaviors and their possible causes and effects will be presented. Potential Strategies and possible responses will be discussed. The impact on classroom interaction and learning will be considered as well. Finally, participants will have the opportunity to consider specific challenging behaviors they are currently facing, get input from collegues, and to divise a plan for addressing it.
